Each class offers space to explore movement at your own pace, with options and variations provided. Expect an energizing yet grounding experience that leaves you feeling centered, open, and connected.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, breath-centered practice designed to awaken energy, strengthen the nervous system, and restore balance in the body and mind.

Each 90-minute class blends:

• Breathwork (pranayama)
• Repetitive movement sequences (kriya)
• Mantra and sound
• Meditation
• Deep integration

This practice works rhythmically and intentionally to move stagnant energy, build resilience, and increase clarity and focus.

Often called the “yoga of awareness,” Kundalini helps reconnect you to your inner vitality while staying grounded in daily life.

Following class, we hold 30 minutes of optional social time to integrate, connect, and gently anchor back into the evening.

Please note: This class is a specialty offering and is not included in monthly memberships.

Seasonal Yoga

This offering features rotating, unconventional, and seasonally inspired yoga styles that shift throughout the year. No two sessions are the same, allowing space to explore new rhythms, intentions, and ways of moving. Perfect for those seeking variety, creativity, and a deeper connection to change—both on and off the mat.
