At TRIBE, classes are designed to support regulation, connection, and self-awareness through a variety of approaches—from movement and breath to creativity, education, and sound.
Rather than following a single path, our offerings create space to explore what your body and mind need most in the moment. Some classes are grounding, some are energizing, and others invite reflection, expression, or rest.
Come as you are. Choose what resonates.

Cultivating Embodiment
Every other Tuesdays 6:15 pm
Living harmoniously in the physical body and in the world
Using a myriad of practices drawn from decades of work with clients and students, we will explore how to listen to the wisdom our bodies offer. We will use our sense organs, our nervous system, and our minds to create safety for ourselves. We will work to recognize our patterns of movement and interaction, and then explore options to broaden our range of possibilities for responding and initiating movement. This series of classes will explore how we use our bodies to orient and interact with ourselves and with our environment, including how we interact with other people.
We will develop an understanding of the ways that our systems can bring us into greater physical ease in our bodies and within ourselves. Students will have the opportunity to slow down, listen to what their bodies are telling them, and find ways to feel supported in space, in their bodies, and in themselves. This work is gentle and based on the principles of Rolfing Structural Integration and Rolf Movement, which are systematic means of knowing and finding space and ease in the body. Each class can be taken on its own; no previous experience is required, only a willingness to explore, experiment, and change.
Class themes will vary each session but can be taken in any order. Each class will provide an experience with embodied anatomy and an exploration of the possibilities of movement. We will explore our relationship with breathing, the mechanics and sensations of breath, walking, jumping, throwing, and simply moving. We will explore the functional relationships of support from the feet, legs, and pelvic floor, as well as the ways we receive support from our environment. Participants will be led through explorations that support the aches and pains of active lifestyles, including knee pain, foot pain, hip tightness, shoulder pain, wrist and hand limitations, as well as support and movement through the neck, jaw, and face.
We have a body, and therefore we ought to be living in it! Bring your body and your curiosity as we develop a deeper relationship with ourselves.

Elemental Sound Meditation: Ancient sounds. Natural elements.
Wednesdays 6 pm
The Four Elements
An Embodied Sound Meditation
Ancient sounds. Natural elements. Return to the elements that have always lived within you.
This 60-minute guided meditation is an immersive sound journey inspired by the four elements of nature and their reflection within the body.
Earth — your bones, foundation, and sense of support
Water — your blood, fluids, and ability to flow
Air — your breath, awareness, and presence
Fire — your vitality, transformation, and inner spirit
Rather than relying on bright or highly stimulating tones, this meditation is guided through a rich tapestry of organic sounds created with water drums, soft wind chimes, seed pods, crackling fire textures, flowing water, drums, plant-based instruments, and ancient sound tools inspired by the natural world.
Each sound has been thoughtfully chosen to create a deeply grounding, restorative experience that gently supports the nervous system while inviting you into a deeper relationship with the elements within.
There is nothing to do and nowhere to be.
Simply breathe, listen, and allow the sounds of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air to guide you home to yourself.

Break the Pattern: Building Resilience: Training Your Brain to Adapt, Recover & Thrive
Sunday August 2nd @ 5 pm
Building Resilience: Training Your Brain to Adapt, Recover & Thrive
Life will always bring challenges and while we can't always control what happens around us, we can strengthen our brain's ability to respond with greater flexibility, awareness, and resilience.
Resilience isn't something you're born with or something you either have or don't have. It's a skill that can be developed.
Through the principles of Neurosculpting, you'll discover how repeated thoughts, emotions, and experiences shape the brain's response to adversity and how intentional practices can help create new pathways that support recovery, emotional regulation, and a greater sense of inner stability.
In this workshop, you'll explore how to move beyond simply "getting through" difficult experiences and begin building the capacity to recover, adapt, and grow with greater ease.
In this session, you will:
Understand how resilience is built in the brain and why repeated experiences can either strengthen or weaken our ability to adapt.
Recognize the patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck during challenging times.
Learn how intentional attention, awareness, and repetition can help create new neural pathways that support greater emotional flexibility and recovery.
Practice a guided Neurosculpting meditation designed to cultivate inner steadiness, reinforce feelings of safety, and strengthen your capacity to respond rather than react.
Experience practical tools that help you recover more quickly from stress and approach life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
You'll leave with a deeper understanding of how resilience is cultivated not by avoiding adversity, but by training your brain to navigate it with greater adaptability, self-awareness, and compassion.

The intelligence of Water
Wednesday Aug 12th @ 4:30 pm
The Consciousness of Water
Exploring Memory, Intention & the Living Nature of Water
Water is essential for life, but could it also be responsive to the world around it?
In this second installment of our water series, we'll explore the fascinating and thought-provoking idea that water may interact with intention, emotion, sound, and environmental influences. Drawing from the work of Veda Austin, along with other researchers and traditions that have studied water for decades, we'll examine the possibility that water is more than a passive substance.
This evening blends discussion, live demonstrations, and hands-on experimentation as we explore what happens when water is exposed to different energetic environments.
During this class, we'll explore:
💧 The work of Veda Austin and the concept of water consciousness
💧 The relationship between intention, emotion, sound, vibration, and water
💧 A live Bio Well experiment measuring the energetic characteristics of water before and after different experiences, including meditation, sound, and vibration
💧 A discussion of frozen water crystal images, including slides from my own water experiments
💧 Practical ways to begin your own exploration of water at home
Each participant will receive a Petri dish to take home and begin observing water through their own freezing experiments.
This class isn't about proving or disproving a theory. It's about cultivating curiosity, making observations, and exploring one of the most mysterious substances on Earth through both science and personal experience.
Come with an open mind, your questions, and a sense of wonder.
