At TRIBE, classes are designed to support regulation, connection, and self-awareness through a variety of approaches—from movement and breath to creativity, education, and sound.

Rather than following a single path, our offerings create space to explore what your body and mind need most in the moment. Some classes are grounding, some are energizing, and others invite reflection, expression, or rest.
