The Tribe Team
Fawn Racoma
Fawn Racoma is a community leader in hospitality and holistic wellness with more than 25 years of experience exploring sound, light, and frequency-based healing modalities. Her work is rooted in the understanding that subtle energies influence the nervous system, emotional well-being, and our natural capacity to heal and reconnect.
A certified HeartMath Coach and Mentor, sound and frequency practitioner, and founder of TRIBE, Fawn blends science-informed practices with embodied wisdom, ritual, and intentional community experiences. Her approach focuses on creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, regulated, and connected.
Through her previous ventures, ROOTZ and SEEDZ, Fawn cultivated gathering spaces where food, presence, and purpose came together as medicine. These experiences became the foundation for TRIBE — a community wellness studio devoted to unity, healing, creativity, and collective remembrance.
Drawing from decades of immersion in sound, light, nervous system regulation, and frequency-based wellness practices, Fawn’s work centers on the belief that healing happens most naturally within safe, intentional community.
