The Heart Behind TRIBE

A journey of curiosity, connection, and resonance.

My Journey

Hi, I'm Fawn.

If we've met before, there's a good chance it wasn't at TRIBE. Maybe we met over a meal at ROOTZ or SEEDZ, at a wellness event, or somewhere else around this amazing community. While my path has changed over the years, one thing really hasn't.

I've always loved creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and simply be together.

TRIBE is just the next chapter of that journey.

My wellness journey started over 25 years ago when I became certified in holistic health. Back then, I truly believed it was all about nutrition. Food was medicine, and I was fascinated by how what we put into our bodies could change how we felt.

That passion eventually became ROOTZ and later SEEDZ. Looking back, I realize those spaces were never just about food. They were about people. They were about slowing down long enough to share a meal, have a conversation, laugh, celebrate, and connect.

Over the years, my understanding of wellness expanded and my curiosity grew.

I realized wellness wasn't just about what we eat. It was also about how we breathe, how we respond to stress, the relationships we nurture, the environments we spend time in, and how connected we feel to ourselves and to one another.

That realization sparked a whole new level of curiosity.

I found myself asking a different question.

What else influences how we feel?

That question led me into years of exploration.

Listening First

"Every session is different. I don't begin with a protocol. I begin by listening."

It All Comes Back to Resonance

For the last 15 years, I've been exploring sound, light, water, resonance, and the nervous system, always curious about the many ways our bodies respond to the world around us.

More recently, becoming a Certified HeartMath Coach and Mentor brought language and science to something I'd been observing all along. When we create the right conditions, our bodies have an incredible capacity to move toward greater coherence and balance.

As I continued exploring, something unexpected happened.

I realized these weren't separate paths.

They were all leading me to the same place.

Resonance.

It's become one of my favorite words.

The more I observe nature, the more I notice that everything seems to be in conversation with everything else.

The sun gives us light.

Water responds to its environment and makes up so much of who we are.

Sound moves through us as vibration.

Our breath changes how we feel.

Our hearts and brains are constantly communicating.

None of these things feel separate to me anymore.

They're all different expressions of the same conversation.

I don't really think of sound, light, water, or Heart Coherence as separate modalities.

I see them as different ways of supporting resonance.

And maybe that's really what I do.

I create experiences that gently invite people back into resonance with themselves.

Sometimes that looks like a sound bath.

Sometimes it's tuning forks.

Sometimes it's red and near infrared light.

Sometimes it's Heart Coherence breathing.

Sometimes it's simply sitting together and having a meaningful conversation.

The tools change.

The intention doesn't.

I've come to believe our bodies are always trying to move toward balance. Sometimes they just need the right environment. Sometimes they need space. Sometimes they need stillness. Sometimes they just need to be listened to.

My role is simply to create those conditions, offer a few tools, and trust the wisdom that's already there.

Creating Space

"Whether through sound,

light,

breath,

or conversation,

my intention is always the same.

To create a space where people can slow down, reconnect...

and remember their own rhythm."

Why TRIBE Exists

Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't trying to build another wellness business.

I was trying to create an environment.

A place where people could slow down.

Become curious.

Learn something new.

Take a deep breath.

Share a conversation.

Experience a moment of stillness.

Laugh.

Connect.

Or simply be exactly where they are without feeling like they needed to become someone else.

That's what TRIBE has become for me.

Not just a wellness studio, but a place where people can explore, reconnect with themselves, and remember that they don't have to do it alone.

TRIBE has never been about having all the answers.

It's about creating the kind of space I believe we all need a little more of.

A place to slow down.

A place to become curious.

A place to learn.

A place to take a deep breath.

A place to laugh.

A place to connect.

A place to explore.

A place to simply be.

Whether you come for a class, a sound bath, a wellness session, or simply peek your head in because you're curious, know that the door is always open.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little more about me and the heart behind TRIBE.

I'm grateful you're here.

I hope our paths cross soon.

With gratitude,

Fawn
