A 60 minute breath-led flow linking movement and awareness to build strength, flexibility, and presence.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid, breath-led practice that links movement with intention. Through continuous, creative sequences, postures flow smoothly from one to the next, building strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindful awareness. Each class offers space to explore movement at your own pace, with options and variations provided. Expect an energizing yet grounding experience that leaves you feeling centered, open, and connected.

Community Class $20
Drawing from decades of experience with clients and students, this class explores how to listen to the wisdom of the body through movement, awareness, and sensory exploration.

Grounded in the principles of Rolfing® Structural Integration and Rolf Movement®, participants will learn to recognize patterns of tension, discover new movement possibilities, and develop greater ease, support, and comfort in their bodies.

Each session explores embodied anatomy, breathing, posture, walking, and everyday movement while addressing common areas of discomfort such as neck, shoulder, hip, knee, foot, and jaw tension.

No experience is necessary. Classes may be taken individually and are open to anyone with a willingness to explore, experiment, and learn.

Bring your body and your curiosity as we develop a deeper relationship with ourselves through movement, awareness, and ease.

Cultivating Embodiment: Living harmoniously in the physical body and in the world

Using a myriad of practices drawn from decades of work with clients and students, we will explore how to listen to the wisdom our bodies offer. We will use our sense organs, our nervous system, and our minds to create safety for ourselves. We will work to recognize our patterns of movement and interaction, and then explore options to broaden our range of possibilities for responding and initiating movement. This series of classes will explore how we use our bodies to orient and interact with ourselves and with our environment, including how we interact with other people.

We will develop an understanding of the ways that our systems can bring us into greater physical ease in our bodies and within ourselves. Students will have the opportunity to slow down, listen to what their bodies are telling them, and find ways to feel supported in space, in their bodies, and in themselves. This work is gentle and based on the principles of Rolfing Structural Integration and Rolf Movement, which are systematic means of knowing and finding space and ease in the body. Each class can be taken on its own; no previous experience is required, only a willingness to explore, experiment, and change.

Class themes will vary each session but can be taken in any order. Each class will provide an experience with embodied anatomy and an exploration of the possibilities of movement. We will explore our relationship with breathing, the mechanics and sensations of breath, walking, jumping, throwing, and simply moving. We will explore the functional relationships of support from the feet, legs, and pelvic floor, as well as the ways we receive support from our environment. Participants will be led through explorations that support the aches and pains of active lifestyles, including knee pain, foot pain, hip tightness, shoulder pain, wrist and hand limitations, as well as support and movement through the neck, jaw, and face.

We have a body, and therefore we ought to be living in it! Bring your body and your curiosity as we develop a deeper relationship with ourselves.

Break the Pattern: Monthly Tools for Breaking Habits & Self Sabotage

Breaking Habits & Self-Sabotage Patterns

You  know the pattern: you set an intention to change something, you start  strong, and then somehow you end up right back where you started.

Procrastination,  avoidance, overthinking, checking out, or even habits that feel like  comfort in the moment but don’t actually support you long-term.

This isn’t a lack of willpower, it’s how the brain is wired.

Your  brain is designed to repeat what feels familiar and efficient, even  when those patterns don’t align with what you actually want. Over time,  these loops become automatic, which is why it can feel frustratingly  hard to “just do something different.”

In this session, you will:

  • Understand how habits and self-sabotage patterns are wired in the brain

  • Identify your own repeating patterns and what triggers them

  • Learn how to interrupt automatic responses in the moment, without relying on force or willpower

  • Practice a guided Neurosculpting meditation designed to “rewrite” a familiar pattern and create a new, more supportive response

  • Experience what it feels like to pause, choose differently, and create a small but meaningful shift

You  will leave with a clearer understanding of why you’ve been stuck and  simple tools to start changing those patterns in a way that feels  realistic and sustainable.
