Yampa Valley Men Feb 24th @ 5:30

A lot of men don’t need another seminar.
They don’t need to be fixed.
They don’t need more noise.

Sometimes they just need space.

Yampa Valley Men is a simple meet-up to see who’s ready for a different kind of conversation.

This first gathering is free because we want to see the turnout — to see if this is something the Steamboat community actually wants and will show up for.

No agenda.
No pressure.
No performance.

Just showing up and seeing what wants to form.

If there’s energy and interest, we’ll build from there.

If you’ve been feeling the weight of responsibility, transition, fatherhood, business, isolation — or just want something real — come sit in the room.

Let’s see what kind of community wants to grow.

Navigating Uncertainty (March 22nd)

Navigating Uncertainty

Tools for Stress in a Busy, Unpredictable World
90-Minute Community Workshop

When life feels uncertain, your body often feels it first — stress, irritability, sleep disruption, or feeling constantly “on edge.”

This workshop offers a practical, science-informed approach to understanding stress and supporting your nervous system.

You’ll be introduced to Neurosculpting, a brain-based method that helps you recognize stress patterns and apply simple tools to restore balance. We’ll explore what happens in the brain during uncertainty — and how constant input from news, social media, and daily demands can keep us in stress mode.

You’ll leave with:

• A clear understanding of stress and the nervous system
• Simple tools to calm your body in real time
• Practices that build long-term resilience
• A guided meditation to release built-up tension
• Resources to continue using beyond the workshop

This session is for anyone wanting to feel steadier and more resilient in the face of life’s ups and downs.

No experience needed. Bring a notebook and anything that supports your comfort.

Facilitated by Beth Blaskovich, Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator & Mindset Coach.

Emotional Fitness Lab

Emotional Fitness Lab - Build Mental Strength for Real Life.

This session is about learning how to steady yourself when life feels a little overwhelming.

We’ll move, breathe, laugh, and do a few playful exercises together. Some moments might feel energizing. Some might feel slightly outside of your comfort zone. That’s part of it.

The goal isn’t to perform. It’s to notice what’s happening inside you - and learn how to calm your nervous system in real time.

You’ll leave with simple tools you can use:

• Before a hard conversation

• When stress starts rising

• When your energy drops

• When your mind won’t slow down

What we practice together becomes something you can use on your own.

Simple. Practical. Real-Life Skills

Sound Bath

Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound experience led by rotating facilitators, each bringing their own unique style and instruments. Using crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other vibrational tools, these sessions create layered soundscapes designed to gently guide the body into states of deep relaxation.

Sound baths support nervous system regulation by offering consistent, immersive frequencies that encourage the mind to slow and the body to soften. While each facilitator shapes a slightly different journey, the intention remains the same: to provide space for rest, reflection, and recalibration.

No experience is required. Simply lie back, receive, and allow sound to do the work.
