If you’ve ever felt stuck in the same patterns of overthinking, procrastinating, feeling overwhelmed, or knowing what to do but not actually doing it, you are not alone.
This 5-part monthly series is designed to help you understand why those patterns happen in the brain and how to shift them. Each workshop is standalone: come to one or all.
Led by Beth Blaskovich, Certified Neurosculpting Facilitator and Facilitator Director at the Neurosculpting Institute, each session offers practical, science-informed tools you can actually use in your daily life.
Each month includes a new theme, new tools, and a new guided meditation, so you can continue building skills over time.
Topics include:
• Chronic stress and how to regulate your nervous system
• Breaking habits like procrastination and self-sabotage
• Shifting limiting beliefs and negative self-talk
• Building resilience (including support for neurodivergence and recovery)
• Improving focus, performance, and mental clarity
Through guided meditation and simple brain-based techniques, you will learn how to interrupt reactive patterns and create more supportive ones without forcing or “pushing” change.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how your brain already works and learning how to work with it.
