Classes may be offered as a series with a consistent thread of relatability across all three trimesters, allowing participants to join at any stage of pregnancy. Sessions focus on building strength, mobility, breath awareness, and confidence while honoring the changing needs of the body.
As the offering evolves, classes may naturally expand into more trimester-specific or postpartum-focused sessions when appropriate. This is a supportive environment for learning, sharing, and caring for both body and baby, while fostering community and empowerment during this transformative time.
