"The  Metaphysical Mondays Mystery School is a class series designed to  provide clarity on topics that individuals often come across over the  course of their spiritual awakening and journey to becoming integrated,  sovereign, multidimensional beings. Starting gently with an introduction  to what it means to live as an Energetic being in our Metaphysical  Reality and progressing into more in-depth topics such as Meditation,  Heart Coherence, Energy Work, Crystals, and Sound Healing, we will be  touching on all introductory topics necessary for those looking to live a  spiritually-integrated, energetically sovereign life. This class series  will feature a blend of lecture-style teaching, interactive &  creative exercises, and experiential learning and is suitable for all  individuals & learning types at any time in their spiritual  journey."

Intro to our Metaphysical Reality

"What  do phrases like "Everything is energy" or "we live in a simulation"  actually mean? What is the true definition of commonly misused terms  like "frequency", "energy", "quantum", "resonance"? And how does  understanding their true meaning affect our daily Reality while living  in the 3D world? Our class, "Intro to our Metaphysical Reality", is  designed to answer these questions as well as many more that you may  have during the course of your spiritual awakening and energetic journey  to Sovereignty. This class will be a deep dive into the metaphysical  fabric of our reality, including how the physical human body moves  energy and what the quantum & scientific mechanics are that allow us  to do so. Emily Gerde has facilitated meditation, reiki, card/psychic reading, and talk therapy for 15 years. Her class will provide a safe place to explore your spiritual gifts, integrate 5D practices and principles, and a safe space to discuss the ups and downs of the spiritual growth process. Each class will start with a meditation/reiki healing, followed by a card reading of current energies and end in discussion and homework (optional). Emily looks forward to building a community focused on deep diving into the evolution of human consciousness through shadow work, integration of dark and light and the balance of the divine masculine and feminine.
